A custom clothing line rarely starts with the clothing. It usually starts with a logo, a name, or a club with a story — and the question of how to get that onto a jumper without it looking cheap. That's where we help: we choose the textile together, create the digitised file, and embroider the entire batch in our studio in Hillegom.

Four steps to your first batch
We choose the textile together
Which fit, which weight, which colours. In the showroom you can immediately feel the difference between a thin and a heavy jumper — that determines how your line will come across.
Your logo becomes a digitised file
We translate your design into a stitch file and think along about size and position. A logo that works on paper doesn't always work in thread — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
Digital proof
You'll see in advance how it will look, in the correct thread colours on the chosen textile. We only embroider the batch once you approve it.
Production, inspection and delivery
We embroider the whole batch, check every item, and deliver. Is your line doing well? Then your digitised file is ready for the next round.
What to think about beforehand
- Start with one product. A cap or a beanie is a low-risk way to test whether your audience buys.
- Keep the logo compact. Small and clean looks more premium than large and busy, especially on hats and caps.
- Think about size distribution. For jumpers and shirts, medium sizes sell first, so don't split your batch evenly.
- Don't order too few. Below 25 pieces, the fixed costs weigh heavily on the price per piece.
- Choose colours you can repeat. Basic colours stay available for years, seasonal ones don't.
- Ask about labels and packaging. What's possible varies by product — just give us a call and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.
