Every job below started with a logo and a quantity. We convert the logo into an embroidery file, send a digital proof, and embroider the entire batch on our own machines in Hillegom.
An embroidery studio, not a middleman
Our embroidery studio has four professional embroidery machines. Together, our team makes sure every logo or design is applied to the textile perfectly and skilfully — even for large batches. We outsource nothing: your logo is digitised in-house, embroidered in-house, and checked by hand.
Embroidery gives your logo a premium, stylish look, and it's also incredibly durable. It stays looking good in the wash, as long as you don't tumble dry it — we always mention that. At RET, we truly see embroidery as a craft. It takes expertise, and for our team it's always an enjoyable challenge to get the result looking as good as possible on the garment. "The end product simply has to be right" is the motto we apply to every item.

From digital proof to digitised file
First, the check
As soon as we receive an embroidery order, we check the digital proof. Quality matters a great deal: do the dimensions match the textile it's going on? Does everything fit as it should, and above all as the customer wants? If we think something could be done better, we discuss it with the customer.
Then, the digitised file
Next, we convert the design into a digitised embroidery file. This happens digitally, but it's meticulous work: what gets embroidered essentially has to be translated into individual threads. We also select the thread colours to match the design, a special task, since we have 300 thread colours, of which 16 can be loaded on a machine at once.
